How do I Stop My Products Getting Chipped?
One of our customers approached us with the question of how they could prevent their products from being chipped. They were even wrapping their products in bubble wrap. However the paintwork was still being chipped and ended up being rejected by their own customer.
The solution is simple. We designed an 0427 box with corrugated dividers (made from the trim) to allow the parts to be separated. This prevents the individual parts moving around the box, prevents the paintwork being damaged and stops parts being returned for rework.
The corrugated box solution also enables the customer to stop using bubble wrap. This reduces their overall cost and increases the recyclability of their packaging.,/span>
